In a future, post-apocalyptic Los Angeles brought about by nuclear decimation, citizens must live in underground bunkers to protect themselves from radiation, mutants and bandits.
After many sci-fi masterpieces like “The Prestige”, “The Dark Knight”, “Interstellar” or “Westworld”, “Fallout” is one more cooked by Jonathan Nolan. It reminds the most on the last one – “Westworld”. I bet, for directors, one of their favourite and special kind of work they like to do is filming based on a video game, like in this case. The series has everything.
Pretty solid cast – at first, I wasn’t that happy with Aaron Moten as one of the main characters, but in time I got used to him and he didn’t disappoint for sure. Ella Purnell is totally great for the role and mr. Walton Goggins hes proved himself as already a great actor!
As someone who isn’t a fan of too much blood and blowing up cars, I enjoyed the amount of violent scenes here because all has been done just like in a video game. And this times we live in is definitely a time where adults have chance to still remain kids, at least by and while watching stuff like “Fallout”.
The best thing is, we already know that we can expect the next season.
